A Dog's Guide to Mindful Living

A Dog’s Guide to Mindful Living
Bud Martinez at home practicing mindful living.

A Dog’s Guide to Mindful Thinking. Sounds like a best seller, if not a social media post

Granted, us humans must plan for appointments, bills, birthdays and checkups at the vet, but the pups have it figured out. Take me for a walk right now and I’m happy. I know he’ll want a treat when we get home, but he doesn’t know it yet. He’s good.

Oh no, a female dog. “Arf!” he says, pulling hard on the leash. New adventure right now.

He bears no stress, no regrets about selling the house. No concern for the deadline of the new chapter.

I would love that lifestyle. Bud is a master manipulator. We feed him, walk him, pick up his poop, and love him to the end of the Earth. He doesn’t know it, but what he provides is priceless. He’s a trotting example of the perfect guide to mindful living

Hmm. A Dog’s Guide to Mindful Living. Sounds like a best seller, if not a social media post.
