Be the Star of Your Own Show

Breathe… Just breathe. I’m enjoying writing more than ever as I - more and more - write for myself. More accurately, myself and a small group of friends. I’ve come to realize I’m the only audience that matters. 

Writing for work or a project for someone else, different story, and I’ve spent a lifetime doing it. It’s all good, and it sharpens the skills.

Enough with Medium, Substack, Shaggbox, Trend, or any of the hot content platforms. Shock value incorporated. If you’re into spending hours a day finding an audience, God bless you. It’s like baking your best dish and watching it get cold as you pass it to the crowd.

I say this for anyone who enjoys writing, and the genuine reaction it may inspire, but not being a hot dog vendor.  

No one is using AI to write stories for their own enjoyment. How dare I say that. We know better.
