I have been a writer and journalist for the past 20 years with more than 1,000 stories published while working other jobs that may or may not have been a good fit.

 

I grew up in Connecticut trying to look like a writer while wishing it were as warm and sunny as Florida, where I reside when I'm not in Connecticut.

Listening to music, reading liner notes, barefoot running, long walks on beaches and sitting in hayfields are a few of my favorite things.

My writing is driven by the desire to explore the ignored and the urge to explain technical detail in human terms. Obsession and the substle strangeness of life and its enjoyment are constant, underlying themes.
